Thanks a bunch Anyone with an ATI Driver Problem like this should try ati opengl 3.3 first, but you got forgot to mention to uninstall your current ati opengl 3.3 then install the one you put up in the link. Apparently OpenGL is used a lot in non-gaming applications by science researchers, military and various commercial applications.
This was the only way I got it to work.
